Wang Yu-jun explores the borders between music and sound, as well as the connections between theatre, dance, performing arts, visual arts, space, film and literature.
HKIPF has invited Wang Yu-jun to Hong Kong as an Artist-in-Residence in 2019 – she will participate in exchanges with photographers of the Photographer Incubator Project, local musician Steve Hui, and poet Lau Yee Ching. During her residency she will bring us A BEAUTIFUL TIME, a solo performance of music from the corners of the world, with truth, beauty and yearning. One night only!
