Overview
To kickstart HKIPF 2021, we invited the six curatorial partners of our Photography Cinema programme for an online conversation with Lau Ching Ping, Artistic Director of Hong Kong International Photo Festival.
The discussion will center around their selections for this year’s Festival, how their vision and curation might have been informed and influenced by recent turbulence, and if these challenges have inspired new ideas or future plans.
In seeking continual collaboration and solidarity, we hope this will be an opportunity to encourage exchange between curators and artists from the region and beyond.
