Overview

Nakahira Takuma, initially a magazine editor, became a photographer through his friendship with Moriyama Daido. When Nakahira fell into a coma in 1977, he lost all his past memories and nearly lost his life. While recovering in Okinawa, he slowly began taking pictures again, and later, when living in Yokohama, although still suffering from memory loss, he photographed every day with his Canon New F-1. Nakahira found a way to lead his life again.

Director Homma Takashi, a photographer himself, has documented the everyday life of this legendary photographic artist, critic, writer, and philosopher in this 40-minute film.
